Pullman Modern Urban Apartments, developed by Phoenix Development Company, has been honored with The Bohemian’s “Best of the North Bay 2024” award for Best Apartment Living. This recognition, decided by the readers of The Bohemian, highlights the exceptional quality and living experience offered at Pullman.

Phoenix Development Company is pleased to announce the groundbreaking and commencement of construction on the next phase of Pullman Modern Urban Apartments! This next phase of the project adds a five-story building at the corner of West 8th and Wilson Streets, which will provide 40 new one-bedroom units. BKV Group is the architect, and davisREED is the general contractor for this phase of the project.

On Wednesday April 12 we celebrated alongside the Pullman Modern Urban Apartments at the grand opening of their new apartments near Santa Rosa’s Historic Railroad Square. Pre-leasing is underway for the first units to be completed at Pullman! Move-ins begin this fall for these spacious and comfortable, one and two bedroom apartments. Located at 755 Wilson Street, in Santa Rosa’s charming West End neighborhood, just two blocks from the Downtown SMART Station.

Work has begun on a new apartment complex near Railroad Square in Santa Rosa, set for completion in May 2022.

The 74-unit Pullman Santa Rosa project, located at 701 Wilson St. between 8th and 9th streets, was approved by the city near the end of 2018. The developer broke ground in late March.
