We are excited to announce that Phoenix Development Company has been featured in the special edition “Faces of the North Bay 2024,” published by The Bohemian. The article, titled “The Face of Apartment Living,” highlights our efforts to address the Bay Area’s housing shortage—an issue that many recognize, but few take action to resolve.
As a Novato-based housing developer, we’ve added 235 apartment units to the North Bay’s housing stock over the past five years. Our focus on adaptive reuse and urban redevelopment has been instrumental in bringing much-needed housing to the region.
A prime example of our work is the redevelopment of the former Laws and Yaeger Lumber yard on Wilson Street in Santa Rosa. This site has been transformed into Pullman Modern Urban Apartments, a vibrant, pet-friendly community offering 1- and 2-bedroom luxury apartments. And with more phases planned, we are committed to continuing our efforts to enhance the North Bay housing landscape.
We are honored to be recognized as a leader in apartment living and grateful to The Bohemian for featuring our work. Thank you to our community for your ongoing support as we strive to create innovative and thoughtful housing solutions in the North Bay.
