Phoenix Development Company is pleased to announce the groundbreaking and commencement of construction on the next phase of Pullman Modern Urban Apartments! This next phase of the project adds a five-story building at the corner of West 8th and Wilson Streets, which will provide 40 new one-bedroom units. BKV Group is the architect, and davisREED is the general contractor for this phase of the project. Rents will range from market rate to 80% of Area Median Income. This next phase will have access to all the same amenities as the original two buildings and will continue the growth of the Pullman community and the revitalization of the West End and Railroad Square neighborhoods.
