She has been in the real estate and development industry for over 15 years, and for the better part of a decade has dedicated herself to the development of affordable multi-family housing.

Holly is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction phases for our projects. This includes assessing potential development projects, preparing financing and tax credit applications as well as working directly with the design, development team, and local agencies to obtain the necessary permits and project approvals.
